Gathering all supplies needed including traveling to and from necessary vendors/supply shops. Measuring, cutting, steaming, sewing, gluing and any necessary construction of props and/or structures. Inflating, tying, assembling balloons. Custom vinyl work if applicable. 

Adding those finishing touches at the time of your event includes additional assembly, tying, clipping, gluing, stuffing, adding fillers, spraying, buffing, dusting, cleaning. 

Travel to and from location(s) to pick up/drop off supplies. Delivery to set up at event as well as returning to tear down/break down and clean up.
